We'll send your Bid Request to over 100 lenders who will bid for your business.  You will receive a bid notification within 24 hours, and under normal circumstances, within 6 hours. If we are unable to find a lender to agree to your exact terms, lenders have two business days to respond with competitive offers for your re-consideration.

Unlike other online bidding sites, the Virginia Mortgage Shop does not charge you any type of fee for our services!
